Overview: In this role, you will integrate biomedical sensors into wearable IoMT devices, focusing on optimizing sensor performance and ensuring the medical relevance of the devices. The position involves remote collaboration with a global team dedicated to advancing medical technology.
Responsibilities:
- Design and integration of biomedical sensors into wearable devices.
- Calibration and validation of sensor data to meet clinical and technical standards.
- Collaboration with research and development teams to incorporate new sensing technologies.
- Analysis of sensor performance data to enhance device functionality.
- Regulatory compliance management for biomedical components.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in biomedical engineering principles and applications in wearable technology.
- Experience with medical sensor technologies, including biopotential, biomechanical, and bioanalytical sensors.
- Skilled in data analysis tools such as MATLAB or similar for processing and interpreting sensor data.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments like FDA or CE marking processes for medical devices.
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and clinical teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and development of biomedical devices, preferably wearables.
- Experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on product development and testing.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and quality assurance standards.
Work Mode:
