Overview: Arbitrage Ventures is seeking a skilled and dynamic Corporate Development / Corporate M&A Consultant to tackle challenging questions and make a difference with us. Reporting directly to the CEO and the board, you will primarily engage in acquisition activities within the Corporate Development team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market, competition, and corporate analyses.
- Identify and analyze potential acquisition targets and initiate contact.
- Assist in creating business plans, financial models, and company valuations.
- Support the preparation and execution of due diligence.
- Develop transaction documentation and create decision-making and board presentations.
- Aid in contract negotiations.
- Coordinate post-merger integration and overall project management.
Your Profile:
- A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent training.
- Initial professional experience (including internships) in Mergers & Acquisitions.
- In-depth knowledge of company analysis and valuation.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong performance orientation and willingness to learn, along with a passion for project work.
- Fluent in German and English.
