Amazon Marketplace Specialist (m/f/d) – Europe-wide E-Commerce Expert for Listing Optimization and Account Management (Remote)

Position Description:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Amazon Listings Specialist to take full responsibility for our sales activities on the European Amazon marketplaces. In this key position, you will not only be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings, but also for overall account management. You will work closely with our warehouse management system (JTL) to ensure a smooth process from listing to sale. Your main goal is to significantly increase revenue, maximize the visibility of our products, and ensure a first-class customer experience. You are a strategist who analyzes market trends, monitors competitors, and makes data-driven decisions to continuously improve our performance. This position requires a high degree of discipline, independence, and a proven track record in Amazon e-commerce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Amazon Account Management: You are primarily responsible for the health, performance, and growth of our Amazon seller accounts throughout Europe. This includes monitoring performance metrics, adhering to Amazon’s policies, and proactively resolving issues.
  • Professional Product Listings: Creating, maintaining, and continuously optimizing product listings, including compelling titles, detailed descriptions, concise bullet points, and high-quality images. You will ensure that all listings are SEO-optimized to maximize organic reach.
  • Keyword Research and Optimization: Conducting in-depth keyword analysis to identify relevant and high-revenue search terms. You will strategically integrate these keywords into the listings and backend search terms.
  • Revenue Growth and Performance Analysis: Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability. You will analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and derive appropriate measures.
  • Integration with the Warehouse Management System (JTL): Close collaboration with our JTL system to efficiently manage product listings, inventory, and orders, and to ensure data consistency.
  • Customer Communication and Satisfaction: Ensuring excellent customer communication, managing customer reviews and questions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitoring the competition, analyzing their strategies, and deriving recommendations for our own activities..

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Several years of demonstrable professional experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, ideally with a focus on the European market.
  • JTL Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the JTL warehouse management system are essential.
  • Trustworthiness and Discipline: You are an absolutely trustworthy individual who works in a disciplined, independent, and results-oriented manner. Proof of your past success (e.g., through a portfolio or references) is required.
  • International Focus: Experience in international e-commerce and an understanding of the specifics of the various European Amazon marketplaces.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Remote Work: You are able to work effectively and independently in a remote environment and have the necessary technical equipment and infrastructure.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English are mandatory. Additional European languages are an advantage.
