Position Summary: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies that promote company growth and enhance brand presence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative campaigns based on data-driven insights. Your expertise spans a wide range of digital marketing disciplines, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development and Planning:
    • Design comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
    • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
    • Analyze keywords and SEO performance, adjusting strategies based on search trends and algorithm updates.
  3. Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC):
    • Plan and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Monitor budgets, optimize bids, and improve quality scores to maximize ROI.
  4. Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop audience-specific social media strategies that promote brand engagement and interactions.
    • Manage campaigns and content calendars across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  5. Content Marketing:
    • Create and distribute high-quality content aimed at user engagement and lead generation.
    • Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand consistency and adherence to the content strategy.
  6. Email Marketing:
    • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
    • Segment target audiences and personalize communications to improve open and click-through rates.
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Regularly analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports on metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
    • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM software to process and interpret data.
  8. Technology and Trends Monitoring:
    • Continuously update knowledge on new technologies, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Implement innovative approaches and technologies to improve marketing efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within digital marketing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
