Position Description:
As the eBay Manager, you will be solely responsible for all our activities on the eBay platform. Your main task is the complete management of our eBay account, from strategic planning and operational implementation to performance analysis. You will work intensively with our warehouse management system (JTL), which has a direct interface to eBay, to ensure a seamless and efficient process. This position is ideal for a passionate eBay specialist who loves to delve deep into a platform, master all its facets, and achieve maximum success. You are not just an administrator, but a proactive shaper who sustainably increases revenue and profit through strategic optimization and disciplined implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exclusive eBay Management: You will dedicate your entire working time to managing and optimizing our eBay account. You will be the central point of contact for all eBay-related topics.
- Comprehensive Listing Management: You are responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing all product listings on eBay. This includes using various listing formats, pricing, and ensuring optimal presentation of our products.
- JTL Integration: You will use the direct interface of our JTL warehouse management system to eBay to efficiently list products, manage inventory, and process orders.
- Revenue and Profit Growth: You will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profit on eBay. This includes optimizing prices, conducting promotions, and using eBay marketing tools.
- eBay SEO and Best Match Optimization: You will optimize our listings for eBay’s internal search (Best Match) to increase the visibility of our products and generate more traffic.
- Customer Communication: You will ensure professional and timely communication with our customers on eBay and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: You will continuously monitor the performance of our eBay account, analyze relevant KPIs, and create regular reports for management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven eBay Expertise: You have several years of demonstrable experience and an impressive track record in managing eBay accounts.
- JTL Experience: You have in-depth knowledge and practical experience with the JTL warehouse management system and its eBay interface.
