A leading publicly traded German FinTech company specializing in arbitrage investments is planning a significant expansion of its services with the launch of an innovative trading platform. We aim to act as an introducing broker, focusing on customized interfaces and tools that simplify and enhance trading for our clients.

Position:
We are seeking dedicated team members to join our project in developing a state-of-the-art trading platform tailored to the specific needs of our arbitrage clientele. This position calls for professionals in various fields, including UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, marketing, and system integration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, user-centered interfaces. Skills Required: Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, Prototyping, User Research.
• Frontend Development: Implement design specifications into functional web applications. Skills Required: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular, Responsive Design.
• Backend Development: Build robust server, database, and application interfaces. Skills Required: Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Marketing and Branding: Develop and implement marketing strategies to position the platform in the market effectively. Skills Required: SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks.
• System Integration and API Management: Ensure seamless integration with Interactive Brokers APIs and other external services. Skills Required: Experience with Interactive Brokers TWS API, proficiency in authentication and integration techniques.
• Compliance and Security: Develop in compliance with legal and security requirements. Skills Required: Knowledge of financial market regulation, experience with cybersecurity practices and data encryption.

Project Management:

Work will be conducted in an agile framework, with regular updates, reviews, and adjustments expected. Project teams or individuals will work closely with our internal team to ensure seamless integration and implementation.

Collaboration and Communication:

Clear and effective communication within the development team and with stakeholders is crucial for the success of this project. We are looking for team members who can work independently but are also willing to collaborate and share their knowledge and experience.
