Overview: Join Arbitrage Ventures, a dynamic company passionate about the diversity of our challenges. As part of the Corporate Development team, you will work directly under the CEO and the Board, focusing primarily on acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market, competitive, and corporate analyses.
- Identify and analyze acquisition targets and initiate contact.
- Assist in creating business plans, financial models, and company valuations.
- Support the preparation and execution of due diligence processes.
- Develop transaction documentation and decision-making as well as board presentations.
- Assist in contract negotiations.
- Coordinate post-merger integration and manage project timelines.
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience (including internships) in Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Deep knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong performance orientation and eagerness to learn, along with a passion for project work.
- Proficient in German and English.
