Overview: Arbitrage Real Estate Development is seeking a motivated Junior Project Developer to evaluate and develop initial concepts for various real estate projects in the Algarve. This entry-level position focuses on feasibility analysis for projects such as solar facilities, holiday apartments, luxury villas, or a hotel, including assessing these projects for the awarding of Golden Visas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site analyses and evaluate the lands for their development potential.
- Draft preliminary usage concepts considering local regulations and market trends.
- Interact with local authorities to explore the possibilities of obtaining Golden Visas, which could offer investors the opportunity to acquire residency or citizenship through property purchase.
- Support collaboration with specialists such as architects and urban planners to develop viable projects.
- Prepare presentations and reports to facilitate decision-making by management.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge in real estate development and project management.
- Analytical capability and the ability to prepare and present data.
- Communicative competence and negotiation skills, especially when dealing with authorities and local communities.
- Fundamental knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant area such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Real Estate Management.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally related to real estate projects or construction.
- Understanding of the importance of Golden Visa programs and their impact on real estate development.
Work Mode:
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to travel regularly within the Algarve region and occasionally on national and international trips.
- Flexibility to respond to changes in project demands and conditions.
