Project Manager for Wearable IoMT Development (m/f) – Remote, Part-Time

Overview: As a Project Manager for Wearable IoMT Devices, you are responsible for leading internal development projects in the field of medical wearables within the company. This position allows you to work from anywhere in the world, requiring a high level of self-organization and proactive communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Control: Create detailed project schedules, budget planning, and resource allocation. Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate a multidisciplinary team. Organize regular virtual meetings to ensure information flow and promote collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain communication with all internal stakeholders to ensure that project goals are clear and expectations are met.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in the development process. Ensure that all project outputs meet internal and external requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks early on. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or a technical field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the development of medical technology or related technological fields. Experience leading teams and working in a technically driven environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Certifications: Qualifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are advantageous.

Work Mode:

  • This position allows you to work flexibly and remotely. Work hours are partly adjustable to facilitate coordination with teams in different time zones.
