Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar for 8 different websites, ensuring a cohesive and brand-aligned message across all platforms.
• Ensure automated and timely posting across 6-8 different social media channels for each website, utilizing advanced scheduling tools to maintain a consistent flow of content.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, web developers, and content creators to obtain, schedule, and optimize content for each platform.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms, adhering to specific timing requirements to maximize engagement and reach.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media strategies using analytics tools to gauge the success of content and adjust plans as necessary to improve results.
• Engage with audiences across platforms, responding to comments and fostering a community around our brands.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, continuously seeking new ways to improve our social media efforts and keep our brands ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms, with a strong track record of enhancing online presence and engagement.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and automation tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.
