Arbitrage Ventures is looking for a dynamic Startup Scout and Event Coordinator to enhance our team through proactive presence at fairs, university roadshows, and startup events. This role is perfect for someone passionate about discovering innovative startups and increasing our firm’s visibility within the startup community.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek and identify promising startups at trade shows, universities, and other relevant events.
- Set up and manage small booths or pop-up stands to promote our investment initiatives.
- Build and maintain networks with young entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders in the startup scene.
- Present our investment opportunities and support offerings to startups.
- Coordinate logistics and planning for events to ensure efficient and impactful presence.
- Report potential investment opportunities back to the management team.
Your Profile:
- Experience in event management or startup acquisition, ideally in the technology or finance sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Independent working style and high willingness to travel.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a keen sense for innovative business ideas.
- Proficient in German and good English skills.
