Position Summary: As a Frontend Developer, you are primarily responsible for crafting the visual and interactive aspects of the company’s web presence. You will focus on coding the frontend of websites, ensuring optimal display and functionality across various devices and platforms. Your role involves collaboration with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver a seamless user experience that aligns with the company’s branding and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Frontend Development:
   • Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
   • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code that will produce visual elements of the application.
2. Performance Optimization:
   • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
   • Ensure that all features are optimized for desktop and mobile performance.
3. Cross-Browser Compatibility:
   • Ensure that applications work across all major browsers and are compliant with standards.
   • Test and debug issues found during the development process.
4. Collaboration with Design Teams:
   • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that the visual design intent is properly integrated into the implemented product.
   • Provide technical feedback to design teams and suggest possible improvements.
5. SEO Best Practices:
   • Implement SEO principles in the frontend architecture to enhance the visibility of the website in search engine results.
   • Ensure that frontend features adhere to SEO standards for better performance.
6. Maintenance and Updates:
   • Regularly update the website to incorporate improvements and respond to user feedback.
   • Maintain software workflow management with a robust set of tools like Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
7. Research and Development:
   • Stay current with industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
   • Continuously learn and improve skills in front-end technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Advanced knowledge of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, or Vue.js.
• Experience with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and Gulp.js.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
