Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be instrumental in implementing globally/regionally defined HR initiatives while also initiating local actions based on global guidelines and policies. This role requires a proactive approach to align regional business practices with labor market dynamics, ensuring that Line Managers fulfill their leadership roles effectively, covering aspects like performance management, talent management, and workforce planning. Additionally, the HRBP will uphold labor law compliance throughout their duties.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Implement HR initiatives independently while ensuring alignment with global HR policies and local business needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related topics.
- Support and guide managers in performance management, defining training needs, identifying high-potential employees, succession planning, and career path development.
- Execute local rollout of diversity, corporate culture, change management initiatives, and other organizational development activities.
- Design and implement retention programs and manage exit processes, including negotiation of exit agreements and conducting exit interviews.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to local specifics to enhance and emphasize company culture.
- Assist in local workforce planning, coordinate recruiting needs, and ensure alignment with global HR practices for compensation and benefits discussions, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Academic degree in Management, Business Administration, or similar; major in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably within the technology sector or a commercial/manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, with a preference for previous experience in startup or technology-driven workplaces.
- Strong business acumen with strategic, critical thinking, and a logical mindset.
- Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is essential.
- Experience in Organizational Development and Talent Management is highly advantageous.
